Data we handle

We handle the data you share when you write or attend an appointment, such as your name, your phone number and the reason for your visit. If you receive care, we also handle the health data needed to provide it. The page includes a Google Maps map: when it loads, Google may receive your IP address and technical browser data, under its own privacy policy.

What it is used for

Your data is used to answer your messages, arrange your appointment and provide the dental care you ask for. It is not used for other purposes without your authorization.

Your rights

As the data owner you have the right to:

• Know, update and correct your personal data.
• Ask for proof of the authorization you gave.
• Be told how your data has been used.
• File complaints with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio for breaches of the law.
• Withdraw your authorization and ask for your data to be deleted, where the law allows it.
• Access your personal data free of charge.

Health data

Health data is sensitive data. You are not required to answer questions about it, and handling it requires your express authorization.
